The Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Conference Center in Coral Springs, FL is hiring a kitchen teammate in a full-time role with Atrium Hospitality. You will prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and maintain a clean workstation across restaurant and banquet operations.

We seek someone with a current Food Handler’s Certification (or the ability to obtain one soon after hire), strong teamwork, and the stamina to stand long shifts while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Active Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain one shortly after hire.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• A team-focused, energetic attitude with a drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment.
• Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used.
