Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, and sanitation controls.
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow work in a diverse environment.
• Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Superior time management, multitasking, and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to ensure readiness.
• Maintain clean and professional workstations.
• Prepare daily food items for all stations.
• Set up stations according to guidelines and follow recipes.
• Restock items and receive deliveries promptly.
• Support Performance Nutrition staff and team collaboration.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hazard regulations.
• Handle food allergies and dietary restrictions with care.
• Demonstrate flexibility by filling open shifts when needed.
• Follow reporting procedures for accidents and incidents.
