Dozer Coffee, part of the HOMES Campus in Ann Arbor, is hiring for full-time team members to join a fast-paced, high-volume café environment. You will execute menu items with care and consistency, own your station from setup to breakdown, and communicate clearly to keep service efficient and positive.

Compensation + Perks

• $20-$25+/hour (based on experience)
