Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Its core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, making golf inclusive and accessible for all.

The Line Cook/Dishwasher at Five Iron will support the team leader in managing all aspects of our kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes, ensuring a satisfying guest experience, and assisting with various kitchen tasks as directed.

Responsibilities Include

• Open/close the kitchen when needed.
• Prepare a variety of appetizers and entrees, keeping the kitchen stocked.
• Wash, sanitize, and organize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing equipment and work area.
• Assist in food prep and collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to guests.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Credentials in health and safety training and local certifications.
• Flexibility with hours and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
