Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Five Iron Golf’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, making golf inclusive and accessible for all.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

• Open/close kitchen when needed.
• Prepare a variety of appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food prep keeps the kitchen and line stocked.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested.
• Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to each guest.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team, dividing responsibilities and monitoring staff.
• Credentials in health and safety training.
• Certification that meets local requirements.
• Flexibility with hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to each guest.

Pay: $15-$17/hr

Job Type: non-exempt, part time

Schedule: Nights and weekends required
