Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to join our dining programs. You will execute recipes, portion meals, and ensure food is safe, attractive, and served with a smile.

Ideal candidates bring prior food service experience, excellent guest service, and the ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with guaranteed hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter and portion meals correctly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Set up and tear down workstation.
• Receive, unpack, and store deliveries properly.
• Meet daily deadlines and follow production sheets.
• Utilize FIFO and maintain proper storage.
• Perform related duties as requested by leadership.
