Job summary

You will follow food safety standards, manage portions, and assist with receiving deliveries, inventory, and setup/teardown of workstations.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to do simple arithmetic.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times.
• Execute recipes to the letter.
• Prepare meals by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive and tasty.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follows and completes production sheets.
• Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload.
• Store or discard excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Set up and tear down of workstation.
• Receive and unpack food deliveries.
• Ensure food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Polite and professional communication style.
• Understand and utilize FIFO.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the leadership team.
