The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations. Salary: $18.00-$20.00
Kneads Bakeshop is an artisan bakery, café & market in a state-of-the-art flagship facility in Harbor East Baltimore. Kneads is a passion project by H&S Family of Bakeries to bring premium artisan baked goods, pastries, and food to our communities. Our wholesale distribution serves the DC/Maryland/Virginia region.
We are looking for a great Line Cook that enjoys a fast-paced, high volume, high quality, creative and fun environment. Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in accordance with departmental quality standards and recipes. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. This position description incorporates the core responsibilities of the job. It recognizes that other related duties not specifically mentioned might also be performed, and that not all responsibilities may be carried out depending on operational needs.
