Beatrix - Oak Brook is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. You’ll handle the preparation, production and presentation of menu items in a fast-paced environment across our Oak Brook location, with flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining quality and safety standards, reading a thermometer, communicating delays to the coordinator, and coordinating with service staff to ensure timely service and accurate portioning.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
