Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and requests.
• Follow portion controls and par levels.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Read a thermometer and ensure correct temperatures.
• Communicate delays or issues to the Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate item counts and notify management when stock is low.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and employment policies.
• Be a team player and assist others as needed.
