You will contribute to menu execution, consistency, and quality, while supporting inventory, training, and regulatory compliance to ensure top-notch resident dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated culinary experience with established recipes and plating standards.
• Maintain temperature charts and food safety records.
• Notify Chef of inventory needs and participate in operations.
• Uphold standards of personal grooming and kitchen hygiene.
• Collaborate to organize kitchen areas and improve processes.
• Maintain FIFO rotation and proper dating for freshness.
• Assist in staff training and kitchen efficiency improvements.
• Follow sanitation, handling protocols and safety policies.
