Qualifications

• Line cooks responsible for the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items.
• Ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Safely using and operating all necessary tools and equipment, including knives.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken directions.
• Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Read a thermometer correctly and efficiently.
• Communicate delays or issues to Coordinator.
• Maintain inventory counts and notify when quantities fall.
