Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in a related or supportive role is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (If applicable).
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies and restaurant rules as set forth in the employee handbook.
• Report maintenance or repairs to the Executive Chef.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ensure portion control and quality standards are met.
• Stock and maintain ingredients at line stations for smooth service.
• Keep work stations clean and organized.
• Deliver high-quality plating and presentation to guests.
• Assist in daily pantry, prep kitchen, dish area and related spaces.
