Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train motivated candidates who have the right attitude and work ethic.
• Culinary school is not required.
• Attitude, reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to Hudson’s standards.
• Set up and maintain an organized station.
• Prepare proper mise en place before service.
• Maintain quality and consistency during high-volume shifts.
• Follow recipes, portions, and plating standards.
• Communicate with chefs and fellow cooks.
• Restock and maintain station pars.
• Assist with prep and production.
• Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Keep your station clean and organized.
• Jump in and help teammates when another station gets busy.
• Take pride in every plate leaving your station.
