You’ll supervise teammates, manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and present dishes attractively to wow guests.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a similar role.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred.
• Advanced culinary techniques and recipe knowledge.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create menus and dishes according to season and customer preferences.
• Set up kitchen stations with needed tools and equipment.
• Prepare, present, and plate food attractively.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed; monitor portion control.
• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head chef or management
