Responsibilities

• Read food tickets accurately and prepare and plate all dishes as per company specs within the service standards.
• Inform Managers promptly of long checks or issues per ticket time standards.
• Follow recipes and specs to ensure quality assurance on all food products.
• Maintain food safety standards and a clean, sanitary line at all times.
• Inform Managers of any significant issues, including safety concerns or subpar products.
• Maintain a calm demeanor in a high intensity environment.
• Complete all duties and responsibilities as required.
• Count end of night line count sheets accurately.
