Qualifications

• Is able to obtain valid food handler’s card.
• Demonstrates and practices proper hand-washing techniques.
• Demonstrates proper food handling per health department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in a timely, sanitary manner per guidelines.
• Follow approved recipes and MB Restaurants specs.
• Maintain station readiness and assist teammates as needed.
• Ensure accurate portioning and item presentation.
• Meet ticket time requirements and uphold cleanliness standards.
