Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is hiring a Line Cook at multiple levels in Chico, CA. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes to standard recipes for onsite, delivery, and takeout orders, following SOPs and health guidelines.

This role requires working with a kitchen team to ensure quality and timely service. Qualifications vary from 6 months in a commercial kitchen for Line Cook 1 to 3 years for Line Cook 3, plus SERV Safe within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a commercial kitchen for Line Cook 1.
• 2 years working in a kitchen for Line Cook 2.
• 3 years working in a kitchen for Line Cook 3.
• SERV Safe Food Handler within 30 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks, and plates food per standardized recipes and SOPs.
• Open/close SOPs and assist others as needed to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and FIFO practices in daily duties.
• Monitor station for quality, safety, and freshness of ingredients.
• Assist with receiving, organization, and rotation of product.
