Dormie Network invites a Line Cook to join its culinary team, preparing high-quality dishes and supporting menu execution. You will help maintain kitchen standards, safety compliance, and a clean, organized workstation to ensure efficient service for members and guests.

The role requires staying adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen, communicating clearly with chefs and teammates, and contributing to a professional, service-oriented environment across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of two years of previous experience in food preparation and cooking required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute daily food preparation duties in accordance with established menus and culinary standards.
• Assist with development and execution of menu items as directed by culinary leadership.
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and presented to established quality and consistency standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and stations.
• Ensure kitchen operations comply with health code and food safety regulations.
• Inspect kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and ordering processes.
• Support training and coaching of other kitchen staff.
• Assist other areas of the club to support overall operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear uniforms.
• Adhere to all Dormie Network policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively to support an efficient, service-driven environment.
