• Begin items prepared ahead and manage proper inventory/par levels.
• Rotate perishables and ensure correct temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and communicate shortages.
• Assist in reducing food costs and waste per standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
