Job summary

Stone Brewing Liberty Station in San Diego, CA is seeking a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen focused on exceptional guest experiences. This role is tip-eligible and offers growth in a renowned craft brewery environment.

You will work with kitchen and front-of-house teams to prepare and plate items to Stone’s standards, while maintaining clean, safe, and efficient workstations. Evening and weekend shifts energy support the team in a dynamic dining setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• San Diego County Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Nights, weekends and holidays availability requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items using grills, broilers, ovens, fryers, and other equipment.
• Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Expedite orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH teams.
• Assist with events and special menus as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
• Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and freshness.
• Support training and teamwork on the line.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
