Job summary

Twin City Grill, part of Lettuce Entertain You, is hiring Line Cooks to prepare and present menu items in a fast-paced Minnesota setting.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and communicating with team to ensure timely service. Weekend availability and ability to multi-task under pressure are required; benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends.
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment, including knives.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken directions.
• Multitask calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Move safely through the restaurant and stand for an entire shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
