Lettuce Entertain You is hiring Line Cooks for Twin City Grill on the Mall of America, Bloomington, MN. Line Cooks handle the preparation, production and presentation of all menu items in a busy kitchen.

This role requires staying for long shifts, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely service. Weekend availability and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Line cooks must help prepare menu items according to recipes and requests.
• Must be able to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and requests.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret thermometer readings.
• Communicate delays or issues to Coordinator.
• Maintain item counts and report low quantities.
• Understand and follow allergy procedures and restrictions.
