Who We’re Looking For

LINE COOK (COOK II)

We are seeking a skilled individual who can work in a fast-paced professional kitchen, preparing food accurately for meal service. Our Line Cooks are responsible for preparing food items for the chefs to use in meal preparation.

What To Expect

• Ensure all stations have necessary supplies for food preparation.
• Prepare and present food items efficiently, accommodating guest requests.
• Monitor quality, consistency, and presentation of food.
• Set up and maintain hot and cold line stations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in food production methods.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Food Handlers Permit required.
• Minimum one-year experience in a kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food prep and cooking in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to fulfill server and guest requests promptly.
• Polite and positive interaction with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
