Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items and ensure proper portion, presentation, and garnish.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer to thaw in the refrigerator and maintain food logs.
• Inform Chef of menu specials and out-of-stock items; support Food & Beverage staff.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and checklists.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
