Job summary

Limoncello Greenville is seeking dependable Line Cooks to join our chef-driven restaurant group. You’ll prepare and cook menu items, maintain an organized station, and uphold food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow recipes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain an organized station.
• Deliver consistent food quality while maintaining efficient ticket times.
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store food.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate clearly and support teammates during service.
• Complete assigned opening, prep, and closing responsibilities.
