Job summary

Campo Pizza, part of the HOMES Campus in Ann Arbor, is seeking kitchen team members to craft Roman-style pizzas with slow-fermented dough and high-quality ingredients. You’ll join a growing concept where teamwork, pride in craft, and quick, friendly service matter.

We're building a kitchen culture centered on serving guests and supporting each other. Full-time and part-time roles are available; training is provided and opportunity to grow with a new concept.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to high-quality ingredients and process.

Responsibilities

• Execute Roman-style pizzas with precision, honoring dough and ingredients.
• Support prep, fermentation, and service workflows for consistency and speed.
• Own your station from setup through service and breakdown.
• Communicate clearly to keep service smooth and positive.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace with mise en place.
• Stay curious and learn the why behind techniques and menu.
• Step in to help teammates and contribute to the team effort.

As our newest addition, Campo is already generating serious buzz with Roman-style pies that are crispy, airy, and fermented for 72+ hours. What You'll Do

• Execute Roman-style pizzas with precision, honoring the dough, process, and ingredients
• Support prep, fermentation, and service workflows built for consistency and speed
• Own your station from setup through service and breakdown
• Communicate clearly to keep service smooth, efficient, and positive
• Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace (mise en place always)
• Stay curious: learn the "why" behind our techniques and menu
• Step in to help teammates without hesitation - we're building this together

Compensation + Perks

• $20-$25+/hour (based on experience)
