Located in the new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a vibrant space for dining, drinking, and socializing with over 50,000 sq ft of flexible areas, including indoor and outdoor lounges, featuring top eateries and celebrity chef outlets.

Position Overview: The Line Cook prepares food to ensure proper flavor and presentation, adhering to health and safety standards. Reports to Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions:

1. Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning and temperature.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
6. Report maintenance issues or accidents promptly.
7. Participate in safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
8. Foster good working relationships with team members and management.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
