Little Miss BBQ University in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Back of House Cook to help run bulk recipes with precision. You’ll join a fast-paced kitchen that values quality, consistency, and teamwork, cooking on the line when needed and keeping stations clean and organized.

You should be able to read recipes to the gram, switch between stations, and produce large batches of chili burritos and scratch-made pies with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience with bulk food prep and kitchen production.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe to the gram.
• Comfortable switching between stations and wearing multiple hats.
• Clean, organized, and fast with no clutter or chaos.
• Proud of work and consistent in standards; team player.

Responsibilities

• Crank out large-batch recipes with consistency and care.
• Cook and assemble the famous red and green chili burritos.
• Bake scratch-made pies that taste like home but look like art.
• Jump on the line when needed; everyone pitches in.
