Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is hiring a Broil Cook in Ithaca, NY area. The role focuses on high-volume cooking, steak temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling to deliver Legendary Food and Service.

The position offers $17.50–$19.00 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive total rewards package after meeting eligibility for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, vacation, disability, life and more. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Responsabilités

• Prepare steaks to proper temperatures and finish with consistency.
• Season, sear, and grill meat to order.

• Exhibit teamwork to maintain service flow during peak hours.
• Support colleagues to deliver high-quality meals.

Pay:

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• Exhibiting teamwork
