Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook for a high-volume kitchen environment. You will be responsible for steak temperatures, seasoning, searing, and grilling while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience.
• Ability to cook steak to correct temperatures.
• Seasoning, searing, and cooking meat to spec.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Understand equipment and prep sheets.
• Demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to requested temperature and doneness levels.
• Maintain high-quality plating and presentation.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with prep and station setup as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Pay

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include

• High volume restaurant experience
