Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our high-volume kitchen, where meat preparation and temperatures are critical to great steaks.

You will work with a team on searing, seasoning, and grilling, follow safety guidelines, and participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Ability to understand and execute steak temperatures.
• Knowledge of meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Demonstrated teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook steaks to requested temperatures.
• Season, sear and grill meat while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and proper equipment usage.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively during service.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
