Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our kitchen team. You will handle high-volume grill duties, apply precise steak temperatures, and work with the team to prepare seasoned and seared meats to perfection.

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare broil cooking tasks for steaks and menu items.
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures and cook times.
• Support kitchen teammates to ensure smooth service.
