Qualifications

• Previous high-volume restaurant cooking experience.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and proper seasonings.
• Experience with meat seasoning, searing, and grilling.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with prep sheets and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

As a Broil Cook your responsibilities would include:

• High volume restaurant experience

• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
