Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Rock Hill, SC is looking for a Broil Cook who thrives in a high-volume kitchen. You will season, sear, and grill steaks to precise temperatures, monitor doneness, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining station organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook steaks to order with proper temperatures.
• Season, sear, and grill meat to ensure quality.
