Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team in Ann Arbor. The role focuses on high-volume steak preparation, seasoning, searing and grilling while maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines. You will work with prep sheets and equipment, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience is required.
• Understand cooking steak temperatures and methods.
• Experience with meat seasoning, searing and grilling.
• Commitment to proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with equipment and prep sheets.
• Exhibits strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook steaks to requested temperatures.
• Season meat and manage searing and grilling processes.
• Maintain safe and sanitary cooking area and procedures.
• Follow equipment usage guidelines and prep sheets.
• Demonstrate teamwork with fellow staff.
• Support daily shift operations and quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience.
