Texas Roadhouse in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Broil Cook to join our kitchen team. You will contribute to preparing legendary steaks, manage steak temperatures, season and grill, while upholding safety standards and using prep sheets to maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Ability to understand and apply steak doneness temperatures.
• Knowledge of meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and prep sheets.
• Demonstrated teamwork in fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Broil Cook in a high-volume setting, prepping and cooking steaks.
• Understand and apply steak temperatures to requested doneness.
