Harriet's Hamburgers is hiring a Line Cook / BOH Team Member in Charlotte, NC to prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will assemble orders quickly, support the kitchen team, and take on prep, expediting, and line duties.

We seek someone passionate about food, highly organized, hands-on, and eager to learn. A culinary degree or 1–2 years in a professional kitchen is preferred. Expect approximately $18/hour plus full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• College/Culinary degree and/or comparable experience in a professional kitchen.
• Desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Advanced knife handling skills.
• Understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food, ensuring high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately.
