Job summary

Harriet’s Hamburgers in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Grill Cook to join the BOH team and cook with high-quality ingredients for guests who notice the difference. You’ll work on a busy line, assemble orders quickly, and support teammates to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

We’re opening multiple locations in the coming years and promote from within, offering opportunities to grow while learning business and culinary skills. PTO and health benefits accompany full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience or culinary school.
• Confident knife skills and ability to work on a busy line.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team.
