Join us as a Line Cook/Bistro/AM Shifts/Part-time/Weekends at Courtyard by Marriott Akron Downtown, operated by Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Hotel Line Cook. This is a great opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest-growing hospitality companies. As a hotel cook, you will tempt our guests' palates with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
2. Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Cook orders with adherence to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
6. Be proactive with ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.
