Job summary

Pinky’s on the Beach in Folly Beach, SC, is seeking a dependable Line Cook joining our kitchen team. We hire at all experience levels from Prep to Line Cook 3, with nights and weekends required.

Earn $19-23 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 3 months and $250 after 6 months), plus benefits including paid time off, health insurance options, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced beachfront setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook or prep cook experience (high-volume kitchen preferred).
• Culinary school training may substitute for experience.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented and committed to quality and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Prep ingredients, sauces, and garnishes for daily service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion-control standards.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side work.
• Work as part of a team to deliver timely, high-quality meals.
