Pinky’s on the Beach, Folly Beach, SC, is hiring for Prep - Line Cook 3 (All Levels). This role requires a dependable, experienced cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality food. Nights and weekends are required.

The position offers a competitive wage of $19–$23 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus. Avocet Hospitality Group supports growth, benefits, and a strong team culture near the beachfront.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook or prep cook experience (high-volume kitchen preferred).
• Culinary school training may substitute for experience.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Prep ingredients, sauces, and garnishes for daily service.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side work.
• Work as part of a team to deliver timely, high-quality meals.
