Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.

• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Experience with knives and kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients and recipes.
• Maintain sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Ensure proper storage of food and items.
• Assist Chef in production and culinary operations.
