Mecatos Bakery & Cafe in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our growing kitchen. The ideal candidate is hardworking, responsible, and able to work rotating shifts Monday through Sunday. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities include preparing items by cutting, mixing, and sauces; cooking by frying or baking to recipe standards; weighing ingredients; organizing storage; and keeping a clean, sanitary workstation while supporting a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in cooking and baking.

• Line cook experience required; baking/cooking experience a plus.
• Strong organization and active listening skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
