Chasing Aces Golf in Bossier City, LA, is seeking a full-time Line Cook to support restaurant and banquet operations. The role requires preparing a variety of foods, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and speak English for operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Alerts supervisor to equipment issues, shortages or waste.
• Requisitions inventory and receives daily supplies.
• Ensures proper storage, dating and rotation of food items.
• Supports safe work practices and regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
