The role focuses on preparing high-quality meals, documenting containers, and maintaining rotation standards to minimize waste. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating with team members to meet guest needs, while upholding safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
