Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a line cook for hotel kitchen operations. The role requires basic cooking skills and the ability to work at a single station in a fast-paced environment. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred, along with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items at a single station in the kitchen.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety; follow recipes and standards.
• Assist in training and supervising junior staff as needed.
