Responsibilities

• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products.
• Prepare and portion food prior to cooking and garnish plated dishes.

• Monitor oven and kitchen equipment temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Rotate stock and ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
• Assist during off-peak periods and support other cooks as needed.
