Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. This full-time role involves preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced resort kitchen while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Line Cook, Cook, or Prep Cook.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Some English language skills preferred for kitchen communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain assigned station for service.
• Ensure food is cooked to order and presented properly.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation.
• Assist with kitchen prep and daily food production.
• Monitor food quality and portion control.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Help reduce waste and assist with inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members.
