Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook to join the kitchen team serving the Uchi/Uchiko/Uchiba concepts. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

The position is full-time with a 4-on/3-off schedule and compensation ranging from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision options, EAP, 401k with employer matching, growth opportunities, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees.
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs and stock inventory.
